The first AET turnkey project was the Grande Moinho (Mill) Aratu, located in the Aratu bay, Salvador. The Aratu complex is considered the most advanced and modern pasta and biscuits industry in the world. The mill has a 550tons/day production capacity. AET worked on the mill’s C diagram, officially opened on December 2011.
